Beginning Friday, March 22, all Golden Gate Tiburon Ferry service will operate in and out of Gate B at the north end of the San Francisco Ferry Building (for reference, Golden Gate’s SF Terminal is at the south end of the Ferry Building). Tiburon-bound passengers should queue on the left side when facing Gate B.
In addition, beginning March 22, all Tiburon fares will be collected upon boarding the vessel in both directions. All riders will need to have proper fare when boarding – either a ferry ticket or Clipper card. Ferry tickets and adult Clipper cards are available from ticket machines located at Golden Gate’s SF Terminal (Gate D). Clipper cards are also available online at www.clippercard.com and from other retail locations; ferry tickets are also available online at www.goldengate.org/
If you’re riding with Clipper, please be sure to keep a sufficient balance on your card or use the Clipper Autoload feature that links your card to a credit card, bank account, or transit benefit debit card to automatically add value whenever your card balance drops below $10.
