by Woody on May 19, 2011

The following information was supplied by Golden Gate Transit …

Due to mechanical issues, the M.V. Del Norte will be taken out of service for its last TWO runs tonight (Thursday, May 19) and tomorrow (Friday, May 20). It will be replaced by a Spaulding vessel (45-50 minute crossing).

This will effect arrival and departure times as follows:

Depart Larkspur at 7:20p, Arrive SF at 8:05p
Depart SF at 8:10p, Arrive Larkspur at 8:55p

Depart Larkspur at 9:00p, Arrive SF at 9:45p
Depart SF at 9:50p, Arrive Larkspur at 10:35p

We regret any inconvenience.

For complete ferry schedules, visit www.goldengate.org or call 511 (say “Golden Gate Transit,” then “operator” to bypass recorded messages)/TDD 711.

Ed. Note: The “Spaulding Vessel”s are the larger and more comfortable Sonoma, Marin and San Francisco. These boats offer fantastic views of San Francisco bay from the back deck where you will often find many SF Ferry Riders members enjoying a relaxing trip home. Come on out and see the bay. Be sure to introduce yourself and say hello!
