Giants Ferry – Purchasing tickets & a few reminders

Golden Gate Ferry’s popular Giants Ferry operates between our Larkspur Ferry terminal and AT&T Park for all San Francisco Giants home games.

Giants Ferry tickets are $12 each way per person and can be purchased online or over the phone. Fans can purchase tickets from the Giants website (www.sfgiants.com) when they purchase individual game tickets, or they can purchase ferry tickets separately from game tickets (www.goldengate.org/giantsferry). Children 5 and under ride free (4 and under, after July 1, 2015), with a limit of 2 children per fare-paying adult. Giants Ferry tickets are not available at GGF terminals and are not refundable. Also, Clipper cards are not accepted on this service.

When purchasing tickets, you may travel in one direction only or round trip. If you’re making the round trip, be sure to add both directions (“events”) to your cart. If one direction is sold out, you may continue to purchase one way only or void the order entirely. As a reminder, due to limited parking at the Larkspur Terminal, GGF limits the number of tickets sold FROM LARKSPUR TO AT&T PARK for weekday day games. These games are popular and tickets sell out quickly.

If you wish to get to the ballpark earlier, fans may use their Giants Ferry tickets to ride regular Larkspur Ferry service on the date printed on the ticket only.

For more information on the Giants Ferry, please visit www.goldengate.org or call 511 (say “Golden Gate Transit,” then “operator” to bypass recorded messages)/TDD 711. The Golden Gate Customer Service Center is open weekdays, from 7 am to 6 pm.
