Since 2014, the Metropolitan Transportation Commission (MTC) and its transit operator partners—including Golden Gate Transit & Golden Gate Ferry—have invited the public to share what they would like in the next generation of Clipper through surveys, focus groups, stakeholder interviews, and public meetings, as well as voicemails and emails.
For example, we already envision improvements like paying with mobile devices, easier account management, and the ability to pay for other transportation services. But we could use more help to further guide the development of the next-generation Clipper system. Tell us more by responding to our newest survey.
